Where do you ship to?

I only ship within Ontario, Canada through this website at the moment. However, if you live elsewhere and would like to order some of my products please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me through the contact page and I will be happy to take your order and figure out a shipping solution with you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to be processed and shipped out within 2 to 7 business days (unless you have a larger order in which case I will send you a message to let you know how long it will take for me to get your order ready). Once I ship out your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you to let you know your package is on its way to you or that it is ready for pick-up depending on the options you picked during the checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it be shipped?

Of course! If you prefer to come to pick up your order rather than have it delivered, simply choose the “Pick Up” option during the checkout process. My studio is located at 236 Burnett Avenue, North York ON M2N 1V8 and is easily accessible from the 401. You will receive an email containing all the details as to how to pick up your package once it is ready for you.

What are your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, I don't offer exchanges or returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or has an issue, I am here to help. Please send me a message through the contact page and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Are pieces microwavable and dishwasher safe?

Having handmade ceramics is special and pieces should be treated with gentle care and affection to avoid any unnecessary damage. While pieces can technically be put in the dishwasher and microwave, I recommend avoiding it and hand-washing them to reduce the pace of wear and tear.

Are your items food-safe?

Yes, all my dinnerware is food-safe! I use only lead-free and non-toxic glazes so you can feel safe about eating and drinking in your custom-made ceramics. My ceramics are also fired to temperatures of over 1000 degrees so your pieces stay strong and durable.

I don’t see what I want on your website, can I order a custom piece?

Absolutely! If you are looking for something specific that is not available on the website, please reach out to me through the contact page and I will be happy to create any piece you desire. I can create pieces with any text, colours, symbols, logo, etc.
